Summary
A blurred monochrome photograph of Edith Teresa Hulton sitting in a sandolo. She is dressed all in white, as is the oarsman who is standing behind her. To the rear of the boat can be seen a building where a man is standing under the arch of the entrance doorway. Written in pencil below photograph: 'Bim July 1907'. Photograph 13 of 227 contained in Volume 3 of Costanza Hulton’s personal photograph albums (1906 - 1919). 'Bim' is short for Bimbele, the family nickname for Edith Teresa Hulton. She became Lady Berwick when she married Thomas Henry Noel-Hill, 8th Baron Berwick of Attingham (1877-1947) on 30 June 1919. See also National Trust Inventory Number 610177.15.
