Summary
A monochrome photograph of Gioconda Mary Hulton (1887-1940) and her sister Edith Teresa Hulton (1890-1972) in Mogliano. Edith Teresa is sitting in a chair, holding a small dog in her lap and Gioconda is standing to her left. There is a doorway behind the girls, immediately to the left of Gioconda. Written in ink underneath the photograph: 'Gio & Bim Mogliano Nov 1901'. Photograph 6 of 134 contained in Volume 2 of Costanza Hulton's personal photograph albums (1901 - 1906). Edith Teresa Hulton became Lady Berwick when she married Thomas Henry Noel-Hill, 8th Baron Berwick of Attingham (1877-1947) on 30 June 1919.'Bim' is short for ''Bimbele' the Hulton family nickname for Edith Teresa HultonThis photograph was taken in Mogliano Veneto a town in the province of Treviso in northern Italy, located halfway between Venice and Treviso.
