Summary
A pair of semi-circular cardboard card-racks, each with salmon-pink paper backplate surmounted by a gilt eagle with out-stretched wings. Shaped pocket to front and cut-out decorative gilt bars. Gilt paper applied to underside. Pink silk ribbon tied to sides. Made by J. and P. Munn of New Bond Street, London, circa 1820.

Attingham collection; bequeathed to the National Trust with the estate, house and contents of Attingham by Thomas Henry Noel-Hill, 8th Baron Berwick (1877-1947) on 15th May 1953.
