Summary
Lid for a circular burr wood box with oval brass frame with glass set into cover, in which is set a miniature head and shoulder portrait of Emperor Napoleon I, Emperor of France (1769–1821) after Giuseppe Longhi (Monza 1766 – 1831). French manufacture circa 1810.
