Summary
Two rectangular grey marbled boxes with hinged lid, each containing a pack of fifty-two playing cards. One set of cards has the back printed with an illustration of a Snipe in flight; the other set shows a Black Grouse in flight on the back of each card. 20th century manufacture by Waddington.

Attingham collection; bequeathed to the National Trust by Edith Teresa Hulton, Lady Berwick (1890-1972).
