Summary
19th century ivory handled riding crop in four parts consisting of a silver metal top and ring with repousse decoration; an ivory handle, a brown-stained cane shaft and a leather loop at the bottom. The separate parts are joined by whipping with waxed sisal.

Miss Barker collection. Bequest to the National Trust from Miss P M Barker of Moorgate Hall, Rotherham in April 1987.
