Summary
One of two items of gold lace. A gold lace jacket. Gilt thread wound on cotton core machine lace with raised cord. Design; geometric plant motifs on net ground. Machine picot edging. Yoke, neck and front edges edged with tampoured chain in metal thread, otherwise hand sewn; long full open sleeves. Bodice slightly gathered to yoke with V neck at front opening. Made in England or Europe circa 1930.
