Summary
Black trousers to dress suit. Black wool plain weave (some warps of heavier count giving self stripe). a) five buttons 14 mm diam; b) seven buttons 17 mm diam; c) black silk twill weave edging; d) black silk braid 10 mm. a) Black silk twill weave; b) white cotton plain weave. Hand and machine sewn, double stripes of braid on each outside leg. Made for 8th Lord Berwick by Lesley and Roberts of Hanover Square, London, circa 1930.
