Summary
Fourteen items from a set of window curtain furnishings consisting of four printed cotton chintz swags and ten swag tails. Cotton plain weave, roller printed green; blue; pink-red; yellow; drab; black. Loom width 680 mm, glazed finish. Design; Repeat 350 mm Main ground sprigged flowers, one side border of flowers round pole. Grass green cotton, plain weave glazed. Hand sewn. Made in Lancashire by an unknown printer and professional upholsterer circa 1860.
