Summary
A tight cover to an armchair. The cover is made of gold damask woven with a central vase of flowers surrounded by stylised foliage and baskets of flowers. The fabric is possibly 19th century, English manufacture. The chair frame is numbered 608173 or ATT/F/067

Attingham collection; bequeathed to the National Trust with the estate, house and contents of Attingham by Thomas Henry Noel-Hill, 8th Baron Berwick (1877-1947) on 15th May 1953.
