Summary
Woven damask fragment or panel. Crimson silk beige cotton with moire finished ground. Baroque 18th cent source Cut on four sides; some tacking stitches. Woven damask; crimson silk warp; beige cotton weft of heavier count; warp faced motifs; moire finished ground. Loom width (?) Repeat not complete; 18th century baroque source. English manufacture circa 1900.
