Summary
One of four curtains to windows. Part of a set of eleven items of bedroom textiles. White cotton. Striped floral brocade. (see ATT/T(Gill Medland Cat)/011). White cotton bobble (Pom-Pom) braid. 35 mm Machine sewn, trimmed on three sides, flat to heading band; 90 mm from top. Bleached undyed cotton warp and weft, plain, twill. And weft brocading. Loom width 1390 mm (54.3/4'). Repeat 165 mm. Drop x 195 mm. Two vertical stripes of scrolling stems 135 mm and 60 mm. White cotton bobble/pompom braid 35 mm. English manufacture circa 1860.
