Summary
Vase shaped silver castor on a square plinth, decorated with reeded bands. Perforated cover surmounted by ball finial, engraved with spiralling lattice design. Engraved with the Noel crest. Maker's mark for S.A (possibly Stephen Adams), London, 1800.

Attingham collection; bequeathed to the National Trust with the estate, house and contents of Attingham by Thomas Henry Noel-Hill, 8th Baron Berwick (1877-1947) on 15th May 1953.
