Summary
Two pen and sepia ink drawings for the fresco in Lucctesi Palli library by Paolo Vetri, 1894. One depicts a full length semi-nude female figure, seated, turned to the left and holding a document/book. The other shows a full length classical female figure, seated astride a ledge, head turned to the left and holding a document or book. Pasted on plain card backing.
Provenance
Bought by Lady Berwick, wife of the 8th Baron Berwick. Attingham collection; bequeathed to the National Trust by Edith Teresa Hulton, Lady Berwick (1890-1972).
