Summary
Circular dished plate with scalloped edge and moulded gadrooned border. Transfer printed in underglaze blue with an Imari style design. Chinoiserie fenced garden surrounded by sprays of large flowers, beaded outer border. Manufactured by Hicks and Meigh between 1815 and circa 1821.
