Summary
A part set of eighteen pieces of Staffordshire china manufactured circa 1900 by George Jones and Co., consisting of twelve circular shallow dished plates, four oval dishes and two circular bowls. All have a plain white centre field surrounded by a wide pink/peach enamelled border, decorated with gilt diaper design. Gilt line and harebell pattern outer border.
Provenance
Attingham collection; bequeathed to the National Trust with the estate, house and contents of Attingham by Thomas Henry Noel-Hill, 8th Baron Berwick (1877-1947) on 15th May 1953.
