Summary
A pair of 19th century candle vases or table lustres, made in the Czech Republic or Slovakia. Clear glass lustre with columnar stem, a wide bowl to a gilt metal candle holder, decorated with alternate diamond cut panels, scalloped edges to rim and base. Hung with thirteen octagonal drops attached to long facetted pendants.

Attingham collection; bequeathed to the National Trust with the estate, house and contents of Attingham by Thomas Henry Noel-Hill, 8th Baron Berwick (1877-1947) on 15th May 1953.
