Summary
A woman's wedding dress made from cream silk satin with gold brocading. The half-sleeved dress has a turned cuff and a round neckline, with a half train which is trimmed with twisted cord and gold thread braid and a wax and paper orange blossom on the lower hem. The dress is unlined and fastens centre back with twenty nine gilt buttons, intact. Repurposed from a presentation gown, with a matching petticoat, 604999.2.
