Summary
A man's waistcoat made from woven striped cotton twill. The very large-sized waistcoat is woven in diagonal stripes in blue and white, with a brocaded stripe in a "seaweed" design in dark and light blue and beige throughout. It has ten self-covered buttons for fastening centre front, intact, with a cotton flannel back and lining.
