Summary
A woman's apron for a maid, part of a set, made from white cotton lawn. The bibbed apron has a design of spots across the main ground, with a decorative border around both the bib and skirt in drawn thread work and whitework embroidery in a floral pattern, otherwise undecorated. There are two waist ties in cotton lawn, intact, with no fastenings on the bib as it was pinned directly onto the bodice.
