Summary
A woman's miser-style purse, made from knitted ribbed black cotton. The front flap and base are decorated with a line of cut steel beads, with a small beaded cross of the centre of the flap. It is mounted on long black cotton cords attached to a black cotton cord ring, to which is attached a long neck cord. To be worn concealed under clothing, possibly ecclesiastical.
