Summary
A woman's spectacle case, made from dark red silk velvet. The case outer face is extensively decorated with gold purl and sequins in a floral pattern and trimmed on the edges with gold braid. The case has a matching removable inner sleeve, made from silk velvet and with purl and sequin embroidery, on the lower half of the sleeve only. Both parts are fully lined in purple silk.
