Summary
A man’s tunic for the Royal Worcestershire Regiment in scarlet wool facecloth with contrasting cream wool front facings, cuffs and stand-up collar, variously lined with beige silk twill, cream wool and tan leather. The collar and cuffs are decorated with bands of gold coloured braid and frogging detail and there are eight gold coloured fastening buttons bearing the insignia of the Royal Worcestershire Reg. The epaulette design in twisted gold cord with crested button and pip signifies the rank of Major.
