Summary
A woman's skirt clamp for lifting a long skirt. made from silver plate. The clamp is decorated with engraving in a floral pattern around the outer bracket and is otherwise undecorated. A maker's stamp on the outer face of the clamp reads, "Attrees. Patent No 2404". A small sticky label attached to the inner face of the clasp reads, "Sholdis", the donor.
