Summary
A woman's wedding gown, part of an ensemble, made from buff silk georgette. The long-sleeved, knee-length gown is decorated on the cuffs, back yoke, bib and as an insertion above the dropped waistline with cream cotton net which is machine embroidered in a scalloped floral motif in cream thread. The dropped waistband is decorated on the left hip with a large pink velvet flower with green paper leaves. The skirt has a matching embroidered net overskirt with a silk georgette bound hem and is fully lined in buff coloured silk, with a bronze silk taffeta hem lining.
