Summary
A woman's petticoat made from black cellulose acetate (Rayon). The knee-length full petticoat has a single line of stitching across the bust to create a bustline and is otherwise undecorated or embellished. Internally, the petticoat is unlined. A manufacturers label inside the bodice reads, 'CC4. 408B. Made from a Celanese Utility Fabric. Use Cool Iron".
