Summary
A woman's bodice made from petrol blue silk velvet. The puff-sleeved bodice is decorated with gold bead trim on the neckline, front facings and hem, with a cream silk net plastron embroidered with flowers in pale pink and green and a cream silk ribbon drawstring around the neck. It is fully lined in cream cotton damask, with eleven boning strips, and fastens centre back with two hooks & eyes top and bottom with the remainder laced with a petrol blue silk ribbon.
