Summary
A woman's evening skirt, part of an evening dress, made from cream striped moire silk and silk brocade with a floral motif. The skirt is lined with a dark cream plain weave silk, with a double ruffle at inside hem of pinked silk and cotton embroidered net. The back panels of the skirt are partially lined with stiffed tarlatan. Internally, the back of the skirt and tarlatan are gathered with a cotton and elastic tie. It fastens with four hooks and eyes centre back, intact.
