Summary
A woman's umbrella made from black silk, wood and bone. The umbrella has a plain black silk canopy, with an ebonised wood shaft and a Bakelite and carved bone handle. It has black painted metal ribs with cream Bakelite spoke covers and has a black plaited leather carrying strap. A makers label attached to the inner canopy reads, "Bourne & Hollingsworth, Oxford Street, W1. British Made".
