Summary

A woman's chemisette made from fine white cotton lawn. The chemisette is decorated with a combination of Bedfordshire bobbin lace, whitework embroidery insertion and ruching on the neckline and bib and is otherwise undecorated. Internally, the object is unlined and has no fastenings.
