Summary

A woman's hat in the "cap" style, made from black/irridescent feathers stitched to a stiffened buckram core. Brimless, the crown is decorated with cut feathers across the top and three separate plumes around the outer edge. Inside the hat is fully lined in black rayon twill and a petersham ribbon.
