Summary
A woman's skirt for a wedding gown, made from cream silk taffeta with Renaissance-style cream cotton tape lace overlay and embroidered linen inserts. The skirt has a cream silk taffeta petticoat with a ruffled and pinked hem, which is overlaid with cream tape lace and embroidered linen in a stylised floral motif. It has a cream silk taffeta waistband and fastens centre back with three hooks & eyelets, intact.
