Summary
A woman's petticoat in white cotton cambric. The three quarter length petticoat has a deep 300mm flounce from knee to scalloped hem which is decorated with broderie anglaise embroidery and is otherwise undecorated. Internally, the petticoat is unlined and fastens with a cotton tape at the waist, now fragmented.
