Summary
A woman's petticoat made from white cotton cambric. The floor-length petticoat has a deep flounce from knee to hem which is decorated with bands of pintucking and inserts of machined torchon lace made from flax thread. Internally, the petticoat is unlined and fastens with a gathering string around the waist, intact.
