Summary
A woman's stocking from a pair of stockings, made from machine-knitted fine white cotton. The stocking has a decorative ankle clock in contrasting cream thread in a floral motif and is otherwise undecorated. A handwritten marking on the outer stocking face reads, 'M.A.B. 3'. A further handstitched name tape label inside the knee seam reads, "B.B".
