Summary
A woman's pincushion made from silk satin. The cushion is made from pale blue silk satin with a silk satin frill around the outer edge. The silk satin is faded almost entirely to cream, with the original colour visible on the underside. It has a cream bobbin lace top decorated in a floral pattern and trimmed with four cream silk taffeta ribbons. The initials I.M.E are pierced through the bobbin lace upper layer.

Pierced through top bobbin lace layer. : The letters "I.M.E" are pierced through the bobbin lace top layer of the pincushion. Extremely faint and hard to read, will not photograph.
