Summary
A woman's petticoat made from cream silk. The floor-length cream silk petticoat has a deep flounce from knee to hem which is decorated with fine linen lace, bands of pintucking and cream silk thread embroidery panels with cream silk ribbon insertions. Internally, the petticoat is unlined and fastens with a silk gathering ribbon around the waist, intact.
