Summary
A child's coat with shoulder cape made from white cotton pique. The long-sleeved coat is trimmed on the cuffs with broderie anglaise, with a matching frilled broderie anglaise collar. The hem of the cape has a double frill of broderie anglaise and the coat hem is similarly trimmed. It is unlined and fastens centre front with seven large carved mother-of-pearl buttons, intact.
