Summary
A woman's jacket, part of an ensemble, made from mauve moire silk. The three-quarter-length sleeved jacket, which has been altered historically, has no surface decoration, with a simple v-shaped neckline and three decorative buttons centre front for fastening, intact. It is fully lined in white silk, with seven boning strips and an internal waist tie made from white silk and two weights on the lower hem centre front, all intact.
