Summary
A woman's bodice, part of a dress, made from white silk taffeta with a vertical turquoise silk satin stripe. The puffed sleeves, neckline, sleeve-heads and bodice front are decorated with pleated and ruffled cream silk organza. The bodice front is also overlaid with a mock chemisette of matching organza, which fastens proper left with seven hooks & stitched eyes. The bodice is lined with cream cotton sateen, with an internal cotton tape waist tie and eleven hooks & metal eyes for fastening centre front, intact.
