Summary
A woman's pagoda-style parasol made from silk taffeta, ivory and pinchbeck. The parasol canopy is made from grey silk taffeta, undecorated, and fully lined in cream silk. It has an elongated ivory ferrule, shaft and articulated handle (broken), with the base of the handle decorated with a band of agate and a cuff of pinchbeck. Engraved on the pinchbeck cuff of the handle the name, "Kate".
