Summary
A baby's petticoat made from cream wool flannel. The sleeveless petticoat has scalloped, embroidered edging in cream silk thread, with a quilted bib edged with feather stitch embroidery. The lower hem on the left hand side front is also embroidered with twisted cream silk thread in a floral pattern. It is unlined and fastens with a combination of silk ribbons and cotton cord ties, intact.
