Summary
A woman's chemisette made from white cotton calico. The chemisette has a high collar and is decorated with a frill of broderie anglaise around the outer edge, otherwise undecorated. Internally, the chemisette is unlined and fastens with two cotton tapes on the neck, intact. Two further fastening buttons have been removed historically. A laundry marked printed inside the chemisette reads, "K147".
