Summary

Christening robe of fine cream silk with yoke decorated with machine-made Valenciennes lace and faggoting, yoke faggoted to full skirt beneath with lace flounce along edge. Long full lace trimmed sleeves. Two bands of lace insertion and lace flounce around hem. Satin ribbons run through at neck and cuffs.
