Summary

A woman's petticoat made from black astoria satin (rayon) and black rayon tulle. The knee-length petticoat has a rayon upper with a deep frill of rayon tulle (350mm) to the hem, designed to add bulk to a dress. The waistband has been created using a double thickness of rayon tulle and the petticoat fastens with a button decorated with crystals in a rose pattern.
