Summary
A child's flounce, part of an assemblage for a girl or boy, made from white cotton cambric. The flounce, detached from its original garment, has a slim broderie anglaise border and a panel of vertical tucks which is concealed beneath two scalloped broderie anglaise frills. It is unlined and has no fastenings.
