Summary
A woman's skirt made from cream wool twill. The skirt has no surface decoration and is fully lined in cream cotton, with a tin-weighted silk taffeta flounce on the hem. It has one concealed pocket centre back right and fastens centre back with one hook & eye and four press studs, intact. There is a laundry label attached to the inner waistband which reads, "3V3654".
