Summary
Woman’s dress. Black synthetic satin, short dress with bell shaped skirt. Dress folds over at front to create a double layered bodice and skirt. Bodice is strapless and the inner layer is boned. Four decorative, self-covered buttons feature down proper left side of bodice with bows above and below. The skirt is trimmed around the hem and up the edge of the fold-over flap, proper left side, with a double layer of gathered black lace. Front of dress has CB opening fastening with metal zipper and hook and eye. The bodice and skirt flap are lined with an olive green synthetic taffeta fabric. The rest of the skirt is lined with black Vilene and there is an inner skirt of a double layer of black net. Label: ‘Julian Rose, London’.
