Summary
A woman's skirt, part of a dress, made from white cotton pique. The skirt is decorated on the front facings and the hem with black cotton braid (Russian) in a styled pattern of flowers and leaves and is otherwise undecorated. The hem is lined in white linen and finished with a band of black wool braid; the skirt is otherwise unlined. There are two hooks and eyes on the waistband centre back for fastening, intact.
