Summary

A woman's detached hat band made from iridescent feathers in black, purple, blue and green. The band, originally part of a toque style hat, is backed with a layer of black padding (probably wool) with a black scrim lining and a variety of now twisted wires which originally attached the band to the underlying toque hat structure.
